Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Bulk Barcode Maker (“we”, “us”) collects when you use bulkbarcodemaker.com (the “Service”), and how it is used.
The short version
The barcodes, label sheets, PDFs and image files you make are generated entirely in your web browser. The codes you paste, the spreadsheets you open and the files you download are never sent to our servers, and we cannot see them.
Information we do not collect
- The contents of your lists, spreadsheets or CSV files.
- The barcodes, PDFs, PNG or SVG files you create.
- We do not require an account to use the free version.
Information processed when you visit
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views, referring sites, countries and device types. It does not use cookies and does not build profiles of individual visitors.
- Fonts and code libraries. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts and open-source libraries from the jsDelivr and cdnjs networks. When your browser downloads them, those providers receive your IP address and browser details, as with any web request.
Purchases
If you buy a paid plan, the payment is handled by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. The provider collects your name, email address, billing address and payment details to process the order, calculate taxes and prevent fraud. We receive your name, email address, order details and licence key, but never your full card details. We use this information only to provide your licence, give support and meet legal and tax obligations.
Licence keys
If you enter a licence key, your browser checks it with the payment provider’s licence service. The key and an activation record are stored in your browser so you stay unlocked.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The page may use your browser’s local storage to remember settings and, for paid users, the licence key. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.
How long we keep information
Order and licence records are kept for as long as needed to provide your licence and to meet tax and accounting rules, usually up to 7 years. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to its use. To make a request, email support@bulkbarcodemaker.com. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
Children
The Service is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
